Joanne and John were married in the November of 2022. Joanne’s lovely smile made every one of her visits an absolute pelasure. She chose a lovely mermaid silhoutte gown which she customised with an off-the-should cap sleeve.
Joanne was also the overall winner of our 2023 Bride of the Year competition.
Here’s Joanne’s story …
“As soon as I stepped in to Ballgowns, Bridal & Beyond, I knew I would be well taken care of. Nadine and Susan helped me find the perfect dress, making the whole process super smooth. From picking and trying dresses, to alterations, to having it pressed and ready for the big day. I remember, during the midst of wedding planning and as the big day drew nearer, Nadine made sure that I was happy and answered all my questions in the process making sure everything was perfect for the perfect dress.
It was the most magical day! Have never felt so much love in one room and will forever be a core memory. The day felt like it was meant for us. It was a miracle that the weather cleared out and we were able to have our dream wedding in the forest. The greens were lush and looking fresh from the rain, sun rays peeking through the tree tops bouncing warmth everywhere. All the people that we care for and love were there to share and experience the first chapter of our new love story as a newly wedded couple.”
