Thank you so much for helping me chose my dream wedding dress! I absolutely loved my gown, it was stunning! My friends loved it, and it even almost made my husband cry as I was walking down the church isle.
Before meeting you, my friends and I had been in other bridal stores where the service just did not compare! Sale assistants at high-end bridal stores never seemed to want to help or even have a simple conversation, and did not put in the effort to make their customers feel welcome. On top of the lack of service we experienced elsewhere, there were ridiculous fees involved with trying on each individual gown.
At first I was hesitant to enter your store, however loved the fact that you were so approachable, warm, and friendly. You instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome! What a difference!

I tell everyone I meet that it was the first dress that I tried on and I knew that it was the one straightaway.
You and your team made the whole process of fitting and altering our gowns, my bridesmaids’ gowns included, so much fun and easy to handle.
Everything was incredibly organised and we felt so secure with you and your team. We all loved your enthusiasm regarding my wedding and felt like you truly became a friend who wished us all the best on our wedding day.
Thank you for looking after us even after our wedding – by helping us dry clean my gown for safe-keeping and for helping me with my other gown to go overseas in to celebrate our wedding again with my family who couldn’t make it.
