Hi Colleen,

Here are some of my favourite black and white photo’s the photographer took and a friend of ours took the other ones in colour.

We had the most amazing day it was suppose to rain but it didn’t until about 8pm when we were all inside.. So the photos we all done outside.

The dress was awesome!! Thanks so much for putting up with me coming into your shop all the time..

Once I get the professional album back from the photographers I will call past one Saturday to show you all.

To the Ladies at Ballgowns Bridal and Beyond,

A couple of weeks ago I came into your store with my sister and both of our babies. I can’t remember the name of the lady I spoke to, however I just wanted to say how grateful I was for all her help. She was extremely helpful and gave me lots of advice/tips. It was important that I looked for wedding dresses within my budget and at ballgowns and beyond I was able to do this and wasn’t at all pressured into looking at dresses outside of that range. I was impressed that there was no cost to try on dresses and I was even more so impressed at how friendly and accommodating it was in your store, especially with a toddler and a baby. I wish all retail outlets showed this kind of excellence in customer service.

Hi Colleen

I bought my wedding dress from you back in August last year.

At the time I was very nervous that I would be able to find a dress in my size. On the day that I came into the store with my mum (who you also dressed) you were extremely helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted.

You chose the same dress that I chose and it ended up being the perfect fit.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your assistance and to let you know that I will always recommend your store. I would also like to say that your staff are fantastic, many times during the organising of my wedding I called to check that the dress was on its way, something that I know you probably get all the time, never once was I made to feel like an annoyance and every time I got off the phone I did so with a smile on my face.

I have attached a photo of myself and my new husband, the dress was PERFECT!!
